Refund Policy — Louanne Ramage Fine Artist

All sales of original paintings are final. As each piece is a one-of-a-kind original work of art, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Fine art prints are made to order and are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, size, or colour preference.

Colour Representation Every effort has been made to accurately photograph and represent the colours of each painting. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen's settings and calibration. Slight variations between the painting as shown and as received are not grounds for a return or refund.

Damaged in Transit In the rare event that your painting or print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at welcome@louanneramage.art with your order number and clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Shipments If your order does not arrive within 10 days of the expected delivery window, please contact us at welcome@louanneramage.art with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
